Heavy-Duty Rodless Cylinders
January 26, 2004 ... We are pleased to announce the release of a new series of rodless guided cylinders from Numatics. The "G" Series consists of single and dual rail models capable of handling more load than you ever thought possible. The high capacity is a result of the unit's unique beam style construction. As you can see from the picture, the bearings and rails are separated from the cylinder tube and completely isolate the operating portion of the cylinder from the load. With bore sizes from 25-50mm, strokes to 6 meters, and moment capabilities in excess of 100,000 in-lbs, many more applications are now possible.
